Round 1 of the Archiving Assistance Grants is NOW OPEN: Small Schools this is for you!
We are excited to announce that our Small Schools Grants program is back and BIGGER and BETTER than ever! After last years resounding success we are opening the program to schools of all sizes.
The grant program is designed to assist schools in maintaining records according to the Department of Education requirements, ensuring the preservation and accessibility of valuable and important information.
If you are a Victorian School you are eligible to apply. Our grants program is designed to provide a complete SmartStack archiving system at a discounted rate to ensure all schools, no matter the size, are able to have a simple, straightforward and user-friendly way to manage their records allowing for more time to focus on the students.
How to Apply
Applicants will need to provide the following details when submitting an application:
- Basic school contact information
- Details on your current archiving situation
- Upload or submit 5-10 photos showing the current state of your archives
